LABOUR DELEGATES KILLED. AN AUSTRALIAN INCLUDED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, July 28. A train conveying delegates to the Third Internationale from Moscow to Riga was wrecked. Six delegates, including Frimack (Australia) and Hewlett , (Britain) were killed. Tom Mann missed the train. ANTI-COfOTMUNIST PLOT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, July 28. A Moscow message states that the train disaster is supposed to be due to an anti-Communist plot. Many injured were sent to the hospital in Kursk. It is assumed in London that Frimack, the Australian, is identical with Paul Freeman.
