CURE FOR CONSUMPTION

SWISS DOCTOR’S DISCOVERY. BRITISH EXPERTS IMPRESSED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received May 22, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, May 21. British specialists, including Sir Henry Bruce Porter, visited Geneva to investigate Dr. Spahlinger’s laboratory. They examined every stage of the manufacture of the serum for the cure of consumption, including anti-toxin for bad cases and vaccine for chronic cases. Dr Spahlinger says he has no intention of keeping the remedy secret, and publicity is only deferred owing to the scarcity and dearness of the serum. The British specialists were impressed and will report in the medical journals.
