TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Statute, the Tc Rape Drainage Board hereby gives notice that it intends at a meeting to be hold at the Board’s Office, Victoria Street. Hamilton, at 10 a.rn. on Thursday, 16th June, 1921, to make and levy a general rale on a graduated scale on the capital value of all rateable property in the Board's District, such rate to be for the year Ist April, 1921, to 31st March, 1922, and to be one penny in the £ on lands classified A, one half penny in the £ on lands classified B, and threeoighths of a penny in the £ on landg classified 0, as shown on classification lists of the Board’s District, and to be payable to the collector, at the Board’s Office, Victoria Street, Hamilton, in one sum, on Wednesday, 29th June, 1921, and further, notice is given that an additional 10 per cent, as provided for by Statute, will be added to all rates remaining unpaid six months and fourteen days after demand thereof.
