WASHINGTON, March 14. The United States' recognition of King Constantino is expected shortly. The fact that the present Government will recognise all obligations incurred I?y the Vcnizelos Government is understood to have caused the withdrawal of tiie United States' objections to the recognition. Greece has already made an eernest plea for payment.of the fourth irstaiment of the United States .loan of i 0 ,000,000 dollars to Greece as a war credit.
