CONSPIRACY OF ASSABSINATION. BERLIN, March 14> An attempt was made to blow up the Victory Column. Six German accomplices In II onsplracy have been arrested. It is believed Mint, part of the conspiracy was to assassinate prominent Germans. Sixty thousand marks are offered for the discovery of the perpetrators. Considerable uproar arose in the Reichstag during the debate on disarmament, when a Communisl vehemently denounced the altitude of the Bavarian Nationalists.
