It is announced that the United States Chemical Welfare Service has discovered a liquid poison so strong that three drops will kill any person w-hose skin is touched by the liquid. Falling l'ke rain from aeroplanes the poisoa will kill everything in the airplane's' path. The Service is now attempting to invent clothing to make the. wearer impervious to the poison.
