ALLEGED ILLEGAL STRIKE
CLAIM AGAINST A UNION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. AUCKLAND, Wednesday. As the outcome of the tramway strike some months ago the , Inspector of Awards began an action to-day claiming a penalty of £250 from the Auckland Tramways Union, for alleged instigating, aiding, or abetting an unlawful strike. The case is proceeding.
