A HAPPY ENDING. APOLOGY AND REINSTATEMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Monday. Mr Massey has been informed that the Blackball Coal Company has agreed to accept Henderson's apology for the. words used to the deputy Anderson, and to reinstate Henderson to his former position. The tribunal expressed the opinion thai it would be unwise to legislate (haling with the dismissal of workmen from mines, out the mine-owners and the union officials recognised the need of covering this question in industrial agreements.
