£350 DAMAGES AWARDED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. CHRIST-CHURCH, Friday. At Hie Supreme Court the, slander action in which Francis M. Gerity, draper's assistant, claimed £525 in each of two cases from Frederick Armstrong, draper, was concluded. On the first cause, that defendant had published a statement imputing that plaintiff was dishonest, the jury awarded £IOO, and en the second cause, thai defendant published a statement imputing thai plaintiff was unchaste, the jury awarded £250,
