LONDON MARKETS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, February 19. The wheal market is quiet ami unchanged. Flour is slowvf sale under the influence of the continual lowering official price. Oats are quiet, beans dull, peas slow. barley quiet, and sugar unchanged. The Produce Department of the Bank o<' New Zealand have received the foi • lowing advice from their London office: —London tallow market: "There is only a limited demand for tallow. Good beef £2, good mutton £2, good mixed £ 1 18s, gut £1 95."
