ARSON IN ENGLAND

MANY FIRES STARTED. IN MANCHESTER AND CHESHIRE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LUNDON, February 20. During the week-end a dozen incendiary fires occurred on the south s:c:e of Manchester. Damage to the ex lent of £30,000 was done to the stockyards in Cheshire. In one case a re\elver was flred at a farmer who refused to hold up his hands. Several arrests were inade.
