DUKE OF CONNAUGHT
RECEPTION IN BOMBAY. ACTIVITY. (Reuter.) Received February 22, 12.40 p.m. DELHI, February 21. The Duke of Connaught is visiting Bombay. As the result of the non-co-opera-tion propaganda, almost a completehartal is being observed in the city. The shops are, closed, and few vehicles are plying in the streets: nevertheless great crowds along the decorated route to Government House heartily cheered the Duke's progress.
