A TERRIBLE LIST CHARGES AGAINST JAPANEBE. MURDER AND DESTRUCTION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received February 7, 10.45 p.m. WASHINGTON, February 6. The Korean Commission has issued i statement dealing with atrocities committed by Japanese soldiers upon Korean residents. At Chicntoa during October and November, 1920, the report states, 3128 inhabitants were murdered. '.'.'lß arrested, 7t> women assaulted, 2i04 houses, 31 schools and 10 churches burned and 818,620 bushels of grain destroyed.
