KEMAL PASHA'S TERMS FOR RECOGNITION OK SULTAN. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received February 7. 7.35 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, February 7. K'emal Pasha lias announced the terms on which he is prepared to recognise the Sultan's authority. The Sultan must publish a decree recognising the Angora Parliament, the lalter guaranteeing to protect Constantinople, also to provide a civil list for the Imperial family and officials.
