In pursuance of the provisions of Section 31 of the Gounlies Act, 1008, and upon the petition of a majority of Hie ratepayers of the Kirikiriroa Road District possessing in Hie aggregate not less limn half the rateable property in .such district, the Waikato County Council hereby declares the Kirikiriroa Road Board dissolved, and Hie Kirikiriroa Road District merged in ttie County of Waikato on and after the Ist day of April, 1921. XTOTICE is hereby given that at a Meeting of the Central Electric Power Board held on the 7th day of January, 1921, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Board to be held on WEDNESDAY, otii day of February, 1921, at the Board's Offices, Victoria Street, Hamilton, viz.;— "That the Central Electric Power Board doth hereby by special resolution, intended to operate as a special order, make a By-law to be hereafter known as the ‘Central Electric, Power Board's By-law Licensing Wiremen, 1920.’ ” The object of the proposed By-law is to regulate the issuing t.f licenses to electric wiremen, and (lie work and conduct of those to whom licenses are issued. A copy of the proposed By-law is deposited at Hie office of the Waikato County Council, Hamilton East, ihe office of the Waipa County Council, Tc Awamutu, and at the office of this Board, Victoria Street, Hamilton, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the 9th day of February, 1921.
