HAMILTON SESSIONS. (Before His Honor Sir Robert Stout). The sitting of the Supreme Court was continued at Hamilton to-day. Possession of a Horse. In connection with the claims regarding the racehorse Tama-a-roa, reported on page 7, the jury returned ;i verdict for lletel in both cases, and he is to be given possession of the horse. No damages were awarded. Mr Fiudiay (tor John llelet) askeJ for costs on the highest scale. Mr "Waishe said that Morley was willing to deliver the horse at To At'olia. 'within two days. His Honor allowed Hetet, costs £8 8s and disbursements in the first ease, and costs on Hie middle scale in the second. His Honor said lie was dealing leniently with Morley, who had been very stupid, to say the least. In Divorce. Mr Mac Diarmid applied for a decree absolute and custody of the children in the divorce case Dccimus A. Hale v. Mary G. Hale. A decree nisi had been granted on .lune 15. The application was granted. Similar applications were made by Mr Mac Diarmid in the cases Francis J. Dunphy v. Muriel Ada Dunphy, and Margaret Boss v. William Boss. Both were granted.
