ARGENTINE'S WITHDRAWAL

.. ...EVENTS AT GENEVA CAUSE CONFUBION AND IRRITATION. EXPLANATIONS MAY FOLLOW. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received Dec. 7, 5.5 p.m. BUENOS AYRES, Dec. 6. The Argentine appears confused an I irritated by the events at Geneva. The Standard, in editorial comments, states ! that the Argentine delegation went to Geneva to make history, but made ;i mess of things. The tendency in the Argentine is for functionaries to resign and explain later. We suppce that Dr. Pueyrredon's explanations are en route. The newspaper La Lazon says that the delegates are exercising their rights in retiring from the Assembly, but their course has nothing to'do with the Argentine continuing to be a member or the League.
