The Arawa Park Handicap of 175 sovs to the winner extends to a mile, while the six furlongs Farewell Handicap, first MO sovs, will close the card. The step taken by the club has certainly assembled an attractive programme and should be fittingly compensated by the response from owners. Mr E. H. O'Meara, Box 56, Hamilton, has been appointed secretary to the meeting.
