A Moscow wireless message stated that the armistice terms renounce interference by either party in the other's internal affairs, the cessation of support to Generals Wrangel and PetlouTa, and the renunciation of any claim for war expenses. The armistice will begin on the 18th inst., and last for 21 days. A neutral zone of 15 kilometres has been fixed along both sides of tha frontier.
