GERMAN REPARATION
ARRANGEMENTS FOR BELGIUM. GENERAL CONFERENCE ABANDONED (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received October 14, 9 a.m. PARIS, October 13. M. Delacroix, the Belgian Premier, in an interview, said tie had succeeded in negotiations with Mr Lloyd George concerning German reparations. The Geneva Conference would not be held, but the Inter-Allied Reparations Commission would hear the German explanation and proposals and then report tn their Governments, who would make their own arrangements. A conference between France, and Britain would shortly bo held in Brussels.
