Mr T. 5. Ronaldson, Assist ml Public Trusltee, has retired. He joined the office, in 1883. He was .veil--known :u athletic circles. Dr. T. C. F'raser has resumed the practice of his profession in Hamilton, and may he consulted at his rooms in Everybody's Buildings. A London correspondent, writing under date, April Bth, slated that Mis; C. Hooper and Messrs Stan! •y Hooper, .lames Hooper, R. S. Cox and F. A. Wilkinson, all of Cambridge, were in London. Reference was made by various delegates at the conference of the Taranaul Farmers' Union to the splendid wn-k done on the executive of the Union ever since its inception by Mr R. Lambie, of Pi'hama (who is well known hi Hamilton.) It was unanimously decided to appoint him a life member of the executive if the rules wiil permit.
Mr .1. W. Tibbs, headmaster of the Auckland Grammar School; Messrs Vaile, president: Turnbull, vice-presi-dent; and Lyre. lion, secretary of the Grammar School Old Boys' Association are in Hamilton to attend the inaugurated dinner of the Waiknlo branch of Ihe Association tonight in the Theatre Royal.
