Sir Thomas Mackenzie has concluded a tour of the British Military Cemeteries in France and Belgium. He was struck with the care with which the graves were being tended. Flowers flanked the graves. which are kept in order by workmen under experienced gardeners. Hitherto SOO cemeteries have been transferred to the control of the Imperial War Graves <<»mmission.
