A London correspondent, writing under date November 20th, says:— Lieutenant Hector Steele, M.C., B.F.A. (Waikato), has recently returned from Archangel. He was in Eussia for several months, and at the time of the evacuation he was second in command of the final defences. Mr Steele is leaving England this week on a visit to the Argentine.
