Mr Frank Van der Lip, an international banker, in a speech, said that under no circumstances should the United Slates grant additional credits in Europe. Wc may face a breakdown of exchange that will surpass the present conditions. We have driven 'ur own credit situation to such a point Rial vye cannot grant the credits we could last spring.
