General Bliss, giving evidence before the House Committee, said that a general revival of war In Europe was likely if Poland was unable to withstand the Bolshevik advance.

In ids evidence before the House Committee. General Bliss declared that the Bolsheviks, owing to their victories, would soon be able to mock at the Allied blockades. They were not likely to press eastward, beyond Lake Baikal, but it is probable that they will turn westward and seek to overwhelm Poland, whose military resources are inadequate.

Speaking at the Million Club, General Rosenthal slated that he would be very surprised if we were not called upon to participate in another war within the next year or two.
