IN BRITISH AND FRENCH SEAS. COASTAL VESSELS i OS PASSENGERS SWEPT OVERBOARD. (Australian, N.Z. and Reuter.) Received January 16, 9.15 a.m. LONDON, January 14. Gales are general in .British and French seas, and numerous wrecks of coastal vessels are reported. Two enormous seas, swept of a Belgian mail boat, bound Lorn Dover to Oslend, and many persons were injured. A roll call disclosed that two men and women aic missing, having been washed overboard and drowned.
