PIRONGIA DRAINAGE DISTRICT., PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Waipa County Council will be held at the Council Chamber, O'haupo, on TUESDAY, the ,10th day of February, 1920, at the hour of 10 in the forenoon, to confirm the following Resolution passed by way of Special Order at a Snecial Meeting of the Council, held on the 13th day, of January, 1920: In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Counties Act. 1908,” and on the petition of not less than one-half of the ratepayers 6f the district hereinafter mentioned, the Waipa County Council hereby declares that on and after the 10th day of February. 1920, the portion Of the County of Waipa hereinafter mentioned 'jfhall bo a District for the purpose of the construction of drainage works therein under the provisions of. Section 167 of “The Counties’ Act, 1908,” and shall be known as The Pirongia Drainage District. The said'Pirongia Drainage District shall be and include ALL THAT area, in the County of Waipa and Parish of Mangapiko, bounded commencing at the Southern corner of Allotment 156 by Allotments 156 and 157 to the Eastern corner of the last-mentioned Allotment, thence by a line across a road to tire Southern boundary of Allotment 290, thence by Allotments 290, 288, 286, 284, 282, 280, 278, a line across a road and Allotment 268 to the Southern corner of the lastmentioned Allotment, thence by a line across a road to the North-western corner of Allotment 193 a, thence by Allotments 193 a, 191, 189 and 188 to the South-western corner of the lastmentioned Allotment, thence by a line across a road to the Northern boundary of Allotment 182, thence by Allotments 182, 185, a line across a road, Allotments 180, 179, 178, 177 and 176 to the Northern corner of the last-men-tioned Allotment, thence by a road bounding Allotment 173 to the commencing point.
