PHOENIX PARK EMBROGLIO.
CAPTAIN BOAST'S DEATH. RESULT OF NERVOUS TENSION. ~ (The Times.) LONDON, Dec. 31. The Dublin correspondent of the Times states that a Military Court may investigate the Phoenix Park affair, but the verdict of accidental shooting is not questioned. The loss of two lives, Captain Boast and the civilian, Kennedy, is regarded as the outcome of abnormal circumstances. Young soldiers lost <their heads and acted under an illusion. The truth is that all men's nerves are on an edge in Ireland. Nobody knows what crime or calamity the next hour may bring.
