PRISONERS IN RUSSIA
WITHOUT FUEL OR FOOD. (Australian and SJ. Gable Assn.) GENEVA, Dec. 31. The International Committee of the Red Cross is appealing for help for •\ustro-llungarian prisoners in Siberia. The committee states that there are still 200,000 there, many having been held since 1914. They are Poetically without Are, lights, and clothes, and have little food. Tire typhus epidemic recently tilled .i'9,OWV.
