ACUTE ALCOHOLISM
DEATH OF MARRIED COUPLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) FEILDING, Wednesday. A middle-aged married couple named Lane died within a few hours of each other of acute alcoholism-. Lane was manager of the cordial factory. Botli had been drinking, heavily and obtained some highly alcoholised spirit from the factory, which hastened the end. There were no children.
