The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering; Co., .Ltd., report WAIMOIj SAL 10. At Waibou oa Friday we held our fortnightly stock sale and yarded 1023 cattle of all classes, 460 sheep and 143 pigs. Freezing buyers were operating, and the whole yarding of beef, i!75 head, sold under the hammer. Store and young cattle still dull of sale. We quote:—Prime heavy fat steers, £22 13s; others, £l6 8s to £lB 17s; prime fat cows, £l4 7s (3d to £ls 15s; lighter, £ll os to £l2; light and unfinished, £lO 5s to £lO 12s 6d; big framed, freshconditioned cows, £i 18s to £0 4s; store cows, £6 10s to £0 18s; choke 15 to 18 months' .Jersey heifers, £9 10s to £l3 12s 6d; 15 months' heifers, £4 •Is to £4 18s; 15 months' steers, £3 18s to £4 4s; others, £2 5s to £2 12s 6d; heavy, bulls £l2 10s to £ls 15s. Prime fat hoggets, in wool, 35s 3d to 3Ss; good woolly hoggets, 28s Id to 28s 7d; fat lambs, 28s; good ewes, in wool, with lambs, £2 4s 6d. Weaner >igs, 24s to 375; slips, £2 18s to £3 15s; porkers, £i 18s to £5 ss. Dairy cows, £ll 10s to £l2.
