~~iZ J 'tHOV&lE n ACTORS ABOARD. !\ (Eeuter's Telegrams.) VANCOUVER, Dec. 13. David W. Griffiths, with 36 "movie" actors, are missing aboard a yacht off the Florida coast. David YV. Griffith is looked upon as the leading director md producer in the movie world. He was responsible for "Intolerance," "Birth of a Nation," "Hearts of the World," etc., which marked a new era in films; and recently, Willi Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks and Charles Chaplin, formed the "Big Four," for the independent releasing of films. Among the "stars" under the Griffiths banner are Dorothy and Lilian Zish, Robert Harron, and Richard Bartholmiss.
