Armstrong) to mark j the occasion of his recent marriage, j The Deputy Mayor. All the ] councillors present and the clerk j added their tributes, and Mr Ann- | strong sincerely thanked his fellow | councillors and the stall' for their gifts | and the words of appreciation towards : himself and Mrs Armstrong.
