NOMINATION OF REPRESENTATIVES ON PERMANENT ORGANISATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) NEW YORK, Nov. 26. The Times' Washington correspondent states that the International Labour Conference nominated representatives on the employers' and workers' groups, which will form the permanent organisations provided for in the Treaty. The Conference sent a radio message to Germany, requesting Germany to nominate its representatives on the permanent organisation.
