It is reported from Berlin that the Entente is already claiming the surrender of those charged with violating international law, commencing with the German general, Kruska, commander of the prison camp at Kasser. He is aocu&ed of responsibility for the epidemic of typhus and the deaths of 3000 Frenchmen.
