BERLIN CROWDED WITH IDLE WORKERS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received April 4, 8.20 p.m. BERLIN, April 2. One hundred and fifty thousand metal workers in Berlin have joined the strike and the streets arc crowded with idle workers. Government troops are patrolling the thoroughfares and the "buildings bristle with machine-guns. There are several tanks in the main streets.
