Messrs. Loughlin Bros, draw attention to the sale of furniture and sundries at • their mart, Victoria Street, co-morrow, at 2 o'clock. We draw attention to the fact that an opportunity is now offering to the public to secure sonic valuable blocks, ranging from 2J. to 13£ a«res, adjoining tho Hamilton Borough boundary on the main Hamilton-Cambridge Koad (Bretton Estate). Never before has an opportunity of this kind been offered, for practically the whole of this place is planted in first-class fruit trees in full bearing. The surveying of thesje sections has been carefully carried out, so as to give a splendid building site to each, and a good view of the town and surrounding district.
