AUSTRIAN FLEET
HANDED OVER TO ITALY. AN IMPRESSIVE CEREMONY. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received March 20, 11.15 p.m. —4 LONDON, March 20. ■The Austrian fleet was handed over to Italy at Venice on Sunday. King Emanuel was present, and there was an impressive ceremony. The warships arrived in single tile, flying no flag, but manned by Italian sailors. Venice was en fete.
