is hereby given thfit it is ■*■" the intention of the Eureka Drainace Board, at a meeting to be held in the Board's Office, in the Waikato County Council Chambers, Hamilton East, on THURSDAY, 29th August, to MAKE and LEVY under Sections 31 to 33 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and its amendments, and Sections 48 to 55 of the Rating Act. 1908, and its amendments, a GENERAL RATE on a graduated scale, according to the classification of lands Ca) in the No. 1 area of the Eureka Drainage District, as follows:—Upon lands classified A, ninesixteenths of a penny; B, three-eighths of a-penny; C, one-third of a penny; (h) in the No. 2 area (the extension) of the Eureka Drainage District as follows: Upon lands classified B, three-six-teenths of a penny, upon lands classified C one-eighth of a penny, all per pound, on the rateable capital value of all rateable property shown on the Valuation Roll of the aforesaid district for the year ending 31st March, 1919, to be payable in one to the Collector (T.
