PROBABLE DROPPING OF DRAFTS. Rv Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Monday. The Defence .Minister says that men who have been tailed up will go into camp on tile dates fixed. Both thu August and September drafts are small and all the men are needed. He expected certainly to be in a position to drop the December draft, and though he does not desire to make promises, Sir James Allen indicated that possibly the January draft also would not be required. "If the December draft is dropped it will mean that probably not more than about GOO additional Second Division men will receive orders to mobilise this year. mmmmtmtmmmmimmmmmmmmi
