He considered the extra money would be neessary if they carried out the extended scheme, whir 1 ! included provision for an up-to-date kitchen at a cost of £5llOO. In regard to an inquiry as to the proposed lift, the chairman said lie "I been informed thai a lift would (■ost now tIOHO, wlvr-'.-i' '';■ normal price was about L2o(). .1 mi was necessary if they went in for the twostorey building. They had sufficient current at the hospital. The chairman's action was approved, and he was thanked for his efforts. Tl was decided •<> take step to obtain the vtra £15,000.
