AMERICAN DETERMINATION.
(Australian and*N.Z. Cable Assn.} Received April 29, 2.20 p.m. LONDON, April 28. The American Mission was entertained at luncheon at Whitehall. Mr James \\ ilson, the spokesman for the Labour section of the mission, declared that the American Labour movement would never agree to peace until Prussian militarism withdrew to within its own boundaries, and then not until Germany recognised the right of civilised to self-determination.
