GERMANY DISHONOURED
BY ACTION OF HIGH OFFICIALS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received April 26, 7.45 p.m. AMSTERDAM. April 25. Official proceedings have been instituted in Berlin against the Deutsche Tageszeitung for stating that during an official visit to Bucharest Herr Kuhlmann and Count Czernin were guilty of immoral behaviour. Count Czernin Has stated to have nightly visited a theatre where there wot<? dancing girls, while Herr Kuhlmann publicly promenaded with a notorious demi-mondaine, thus dishonouring Germany's name. It is alleged that certain Pan-Germans made representations to a lady in high standing, believed to be the Kaisenne, who immediately took action. It fs believed that the Pan-Germans are unscrupulous in their tactics, their sole purpose being the overthrowing of their political antagonists.
