SITTAFER.—In loving memory of Private Carl Sittauer (Main Hody, 16th Waikatos), who died of wounds on the 28th of April, 1915, age 21 years and 7 months. Far away in a lonely graveyard under a lonely sod. Far away from the land of the kauri, The land that gave him birth, There lies a hero of the 16th Waikatos, resting in peace with God. —lnserted by his loving father and mother, brothers and sisters. 587
