GERMANY AND HOLLAND
SITUATION REGARDED AS SERIOUS. GERMAN CAVALRY UN THE FRONTIER. (Reuter's Telegrams.) Received April 26, 1.30 p.m. HAGUE, April 25. It is officially stated that the GermanDutch situation is regarded as serious. Another report says that Germany is arranging to quarter cavalry on the Dutch frontier.
NEUTRALITY WILL BE MAINTAINED (The Times.) Received April 26, 1.30 p.m. LONDON, April 25. The Times' Hague correspondent reports that the Dutch Government is not disposed to yield Germany an uncontrolled passage of sand and gravel. The press says that neutrality will be maintained, whatever happens.
