German official: General von dor Goltzs' troops took the railway junctions at Hyvmga and Riikimaki, and established communications with the Finnish army northward of Lahti. We reached Simferopol, in the Crimea. NO BRITISH AMBASSADOR. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received April 26, 12.5 a.m. LONDON, April 24. In the House of Commons, Mr A. J. Balfour, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, stated that Britain did not intend to send an Ambassador to Russia.
