(United Service.) licceived April 2;5, 9.45 a.m. LONDON, April 24. The Standard says that Germany has dearly resolved to violate Dutch neutrality and secure a passage for men and {runs. It is Mieved in military and diplomatic circles that should a violation occur the Dutch will fight, knowing that Holland will become a second Belgium if the Germans won. (The Times.) Received April 25, 9.45 a.m. HAGUE, April 24. An extraordinary session of the Cabinet is discussing the German menace. Received April 25, 9.15 a.m. HAGUE, April 24. Nothing is known in competent quarters of the alleged German ultimatum threatening to occupy Dutch ports unless certain demands are acceded to.
