By Telegraph.—Special to Times. AUCKLAND .Wednesday. At the meeting of the Board of Education the following appointments were approved:—Miss E. G. Wallace, assistant, Matamata; Miss E. A. Corbett, assistant, Waitoa. The Board approved the Senior In. spector's recommendation that physical instruction clashes for teachers l>e held at Cambridge and Paeroa (instead of at Te Aroha), and that they last for one week: and, further, that schools in the district l)e closed for tiiat period.
