There were no trains from Dublin to-day, and all the large business hoses are closed. There are no Nationalist newspapers being published, but the Protestant and Orange districts are carrying on as usual. It is estimated that 1.500,000 to 2,000,000 Irishmen have already taken the pledge against conscription.
