Vienna reports state that a formidable explosion occurred at Steinfeld, a suburb of \ ienna, three munition depots being blown up. Detail; are lacking. ITALIAN CABINET. RECONSTRUCTION PROPOSALS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received June 19, 9.30 a.m. ROME, June 18. Several newspapers are of opinion that Cabinet should be i trengthened and consolidated, while others would have preferred a complete change. The verdict is to be given at the opening of the Chamber on Wednesday.
